School Programs

There are a lot of misconceptions about organ donation. We believe the more we educate people about what it means to register as an organ donor, and the life saving benefits of transplantation, the more lives we have the potential of saving.

Classroom Opportunities

65_RedRoses Teachers Guide for High Schools

The award winning documentary film "65_Red Roses" is an incredible story of young Eva Markvoort, her battle with Cystic Fibrosis and her wait for a double lung transplant.
BC Transplant offers a Teacher's Guide to accompany the film, promoting organ donation and address Learning Outcomes in Grades 10-12. The guide is well suited for course criteria for Science, Social Studies and English.
